It was mainly a fast food joint serving chicken rolls, burgers, sandwiches etc., and shot in popularity as a great place for dates or arranged marriage meetups
But due to personal fiscal problems, rao shut down this cafe in 1987 till 1989.
It reopened in 95, but due to the rising competition given by Hari Super Sandwich (1999), in 2001, Narayan Roa decided that this cafe will shut down its fast food segment and expand on its dessert menu.
